Electricity Went Out In Half The House

I tried changing all the fuses and even a breaker that i thought was causing it.

Electricity went out in half the house.

This resulted in a small spark and instantly all the power in my room went out. This included testing the 4 breaker main switches which 2 of the 4 had power and 2 didn t. The rest of the house does have electricity. You only have one phase of electricity available and therefore one half of your house is being powered.
