One of the major disadvantages is that tiles easily break if a large object is dropped on them. Begin at one of the corners and apply an even coat of primer over the entire floor. Some floor tiles have a glossy finish from the glazing process which can make them tricky to bond to. When going over the top of a tiled floor the main concern is adhesion with epoxy onto the tile and tile onto concrete. To apply epoxy resin to the tiles in the bathroom the room must first be cleared.
